Prices or quotations provided through the app are indicative and may change.

Final pricing, if applicable, will be communicated separately through official channels.

6. Payments

The Caring Group app does not process online payments.

Any payment arrangements, if applicable, will be handled offline.

7. Booking status & communication

Users may check booking status through the app.

Updates may be shared via in-app notifications, phone calls, or email.

Response times are estimates and may vary.

8. Cancellations & issues

Booking-related issues or cancellations should be reported as soon as possible.

Each case will be reviewed individually.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, provide false information, or interfere with system functionality. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
